I don't like this. I didn't like it when Dems crossed over and voted for Mc-CAIN in Michigan, and it shouldn't be done here, either.

I have a hunch the RATS are playing with the vote totals. All polls had Kerry with hugh leads.

A distasteful practice,no question about it.But...
"Republicans who would consider voting Democratic and independents are the people we have to win over to win the general election."
Is he really that stupid?

That exactly what John McCain said in 2000.

If true, I think this is really stupid. Edwards would be more a threat to Bush than New England liberal Kerry ever could be.

Is he really that stupid? He's a democRAT, ain't he?

"Kerry won 14 of the 16 elections"
This will be the talking point among Kerry's spinning heads from now until the next primary. Meanwhile John Edwards will keep reminding us that his "dad worked in a mill." Neither says anything about a real position on issues.

If I were in an Open state .. Id pick edwards or dean or some other vanity candidate goofball just to goof around...
I dont think it means anything... Just goofing with the election or firing a shot across the bow so Bush perks up...
Means 0 imo.

I have to say I am from Wisconsin, and I wholeheartedly plan on voting for Bush in November. But today I went and voted for Edwards. The situation I want to see develop is a close race heading into the Rat Nat Convention in July. A close race will end up damaging whoever eventually wins the nomination and they will end up having to fight over delegates if no one wins the nomination outright. It will end up producing a weaker rat candidate in the end. I may take flak from this, but I'm just trying to do my part.

Some Rep. voted just to keep Kerry as the front-runner. Think about who would take less effert to win against= Kerry
To: Jorge
I agree. I also know all about how we need to play by the rules they play by, but something about the crossover stuff that is smary.
I say let the 'rats do their deal. We should be chomping at the bit to get ahold of Kerry.

Politics is a contact sport. The Rats certainly know it, and play the game that way. Thats why they clean the clocks of the Republicans even when we hold the reins.
If my vote today helps prolong the Rat nomination battle, and forces them to waste money and energy on it, good. Thats less they have to fight with in the general election.

Say, what happened to the 1.6 million expected turnout? I thought the Dems were FIRED up.

Has anyone noticed that Kerry's speaking style is very much like Mayor Quimby's style on the Simpsons?
To: sydbas
LOL good point!!
I get mad. Weird how someone so pathetic can effect me this much, but he does.
LOL maybe the Dems will spend a few Billion on researching Kerry's effects on the sane. (they want to create a federal program for every problem anyway)

"...and it shouldn't be done here, either."But what about fat Al? That's who we should really be pulling for!
(But only in the primaries of course.)
