I have wondered at times if McVeigh and Nichols hadn't converted to Islam and kept it under wraps.Although McVeigh hung out with the "Indentity Christian" loons at "Elohim City," he's likely to have been a disciple of that what's-his-name Turner Diaries author out in California in respect to religion as well as Z.O.G. What's-his-name was an atheist who derided both mainstream Christians and the religious types in the racist/anti-semetic movement. McVeigh was at best a nominal Christian, and may not have even been that. There's certainly no evidence, or reason to believe, he was anything else.

Oh, Jeez. We don't need the religious bigotry. (But we could use some rope.)

I agree that there's no evidence or real reason to think M. and N. converted to Islam. It's just been a thought of mine at times because of the Philippine connections and the "reports" of their involvement with "ME" types.
A while back, two black American brothers were picked up for terrorist involvements in the Philippines. One of them had converted to Islam,it was reported.
IIRC,when being photographed by reporters, one of them kept saying "(we) are Christians".
I haven't heard what happened with them but when they were picked up,it crossed my mind that the second could easily have been Islamic, also.
The Islamics don't seem to have a problem with lies if the lies might help them in any way.

All American Boy always seem to mean 'gee we're really surprised that such a nice boy would need islam. We expect that from poor black kids but not Abercrombie and Fitch models.'
HAHA! Abercrombie and Fitch models LOL!!
The fact that Muslim conversion conjures up the idea of a black kid isn't really unreasonable. An astounding 90% of those converting to Islam in America are black. Christians need to do a better job of reaching out to the black community, lest the Muslim plight be inflicted upon all of America.

LOL.
Think what a change this boy went through, when he gave his heart to Muhammad.
Too bad it wasn't Jesus instead.
Parents failed to introduce him to Christ.

You may have seen other threads on this incident where someone posted some of the Usenet posts this Guardsman made. He referred to his "Arabic History" class in college and the like. Given the systematically left-wing (or at least nihilist) direction of America's educational system, which this kid is a product of, I wonder how many more of these incidents we'll be hearing about in the future. Which is precisely what the left wants.

Well, I'm pushing sixty so its not often someone calls me "Young" anymore. Notwithstanding, now that the US has become a functional mobocracy, nothing would surprise me. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if same sex marriage became legal in my lifetime. d;^)
