A San Diego-based defense contractor pleaded guilty Wednesday to making donations to politicians he believed would help him win contracts, including Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry and U.S. congressmen Duncan Hunter and Randy "Duke" Cunningham.Give me a break, this is your smoking gun? He "believed" it would help him?
Yeah, Hunter is a bad, bad man because a contractor "believed" he would help him.

Evidence of wrong doing?
Repeat after me.
It's not about evidence; it's about the seriousness of the charge.
Carry on.

It's interesting how some congresscritters can accept illegal campaign contributions and nothing happens and others accept illegal campaign contributions and they go to jail.
What gives? It sounds like Free Republic with these ever-changing rules and stuff. LOL

I don't care if these lies were being promulgated against McCain, who I loathe. This is truly despicable. And this is the second time nopardons has pushed unsubstantiated allegations of criminality against Hunter. Her own damn link absolves him and his staff.
