Only to stupid people. Really.Nice response. In my experience, only stupid people resort so quickly to calling others stupid.
If you're so disappointed with the president, I don't know why you insist on keeping it.
To: George W. Bush; Howlin
There are tons of posts to read and I didn't go through to see if Howlin replied to you so sorry if this matter is already settled. My objective isn't to drudge it all up again. I apologize for not reading through because today is my son's birthday party so I don't have the time to peruse what is obviously a flame war.
Howlin I asked George W. Bush (the poster of course XD) and Lando Lincoln some questions. He was just replying to me and he provided me with links that have a critical view of Bush and his administration. I appreciate his honesty that there are conservative groups that have criticism. I, and George W. Bush (the poster of course :oP) may or may not agree with them but he was just providing information. That is what FR is all about and one of the reasons I keep coming back for more. ^_^

I want someone who will support and defend the constitution, defend our borders and sovereignty, and do the job they took the oath to do. I agree, which is one reason why I will vote for Peroutka or somebody like him.
If a candidate happens to be a celebrity, fine, but this is no where near as important as whether a candidate is willing to ab ide by his oath of office.

Meanwhile Bush only wants to protect the (socialist-haven) major cities from terrorists and the rest of us rural folk, WHO VOTED FOR AND PUT HIM IN OFFICE, can just go to hell and be invaded by illegal immigrants.
What points do I disagree with here? Gee, where to start. How about, take a small town in Arizona and have a 3,000 folks killed there in one day.... Bush would care about that and it's moronic to imply he wouldn't. Second of all, illegal immigrants tend to go to CITIES to begin with, not primarily rural areas... And I've looked over his guest worker proposal and it appears to me that he is doing this to HELP prevent terrorism... why waste enormous resources trying to kick Mexicans out who don't want to kill off thousands of Americans and leave much FEWER resources to go after the terrorist cells we have here?
Your whole argument is inconsistent...

If a candidate happens to be a celebrity, fine, but this is no where near as important as whether a candidate is willing to abide by his oath of office.I was actually referring to those that generally treat politicos, and those in their particular political parties as celebrities, as if they are the "groupies" following their every move, plastering their photographs everywhere attacking anyone that points out something that puts their favorite celebrity in bad light. I find this distasteful, and yes, even dangerous.
Unlike others here, I don't worship those in public office. They are there to do a simple job that is suppose to include, keeping government and our taxes small, control our borders and protect our sovereignty. Seems some have completely lost track of the *real* big picture.
Just look at what this rabble about politics has evolved too. Look around on the threads today, hundreds of them attack the others guys celebrity, mocking him, posting juvenile photographs of him and going through every bit of his dirty laundry, just like the other guys do to their "guy". It's like a bunch of 10 year olds.
The two beltway parties, seem more concerned with kicking, mocking and slapping each other, like little school kids, than looking for solutions for our problems. I find it pathetic.
I would love to see a party or candidate that would just ignore all this bull sh*t and get on with the business of making government smaller, and protecting our borders.
Just watch TV tonight, it's a slap fest of who is banging who, and who served our military better, and on and on.....Nothing but BS.

What points do I disagree with here? Gee, where to start. How about, take a small town in Arizona and have a 3,000 folks killed there in one day....
But how many air-force jets fly over the town before hand. Almost all the protection it set in the MAJOR cities, only crumbs everywhere else. Why, because the elites don't live in the rural areas and therefore could care less what happens to it. The open border problems is a good example of this.
Second of all, illegal immigrants tend to go to CITIES to begin with, not primarily rural areas...
It is more generalized, they are going everywhere. The are actual first hand accounts on FR of illegal immigrants moving in and taking over several small town throughout the U.S.
And I've looked over his guest worker proposal and it appears to me that he is doing this to HELP prevent terrorism...
A rose by any other name is still a rose. An amnesty by any other name is still an amnesty.
We are stuck in a nightmare situation and you burying your head in the sand is not helping matters.
