Bush never called Iraq an imminiet threat, why do the Media and some keep harping on it. He said we must deal with Iraq before it becomes an imminent threat. (Pardon my spelling).

Bush never called Iraq an imminiet threat, why do the Media and some keep harping on it. Because the media aren't interested in the truth. They don't actuall analyze the actual documents like the resolution authorizing the use of force. They deal in half truths lies and distortions in order to advance leftist agendas.

Ah, Chuck, about the Sudan, It ain't got oil. So, Chuck, no money. And Chuck, without serious money, it is pretty hard to make trouble for the US of A....
Lesson over Chuck - and if you don't like the way things are run, run for office and change it......or leave, whatever is easier for you.
Have fun.
Thanks for letting me vent jedi.

That's it. You convinced me. I'm voting for Kerry.
Now go away.

I have read this "conservative's" attacks on President George Bush before. He's a DNC troll.
To: jedi
Before President Bush ordered the attack against Iraq, I spoke against it. I believed it was wrong then; I believe it was wrong now. It also seems obvious that time has vindicated my position. No, time has proven that you are a moron. 3,000 dead americans and you still think we ought to sit on our hands while terrorists plot our destruction and possess the means to kill tens of thousands of Americans.

It is now clear to the whole world that Iraq never posed an imminent threat to the United States. President Bush lied to the American people when he said it was. Furthermore, Bush continued to lie about Iraq. You have yet to show us where Bush lied about anything.
On the other hand, we can show where you have lied. Bush never called Iraq an "imminent threat". Quite the opposite.
And what we have discovered according to Kay has shown Iraq was more dangerous than we even imagined. Time has proven you wrong.

Before the U.S. goes to war against any country, it is obligatory that Congress declares war. Guess ol' "Used Food" Chuck is mad at every US President since FDR then, and absolutely hates that inconvenient War Powers Act.

There is yet one more consideration. If we attacked Iraq because Hussein was an evil person, how many other countries are we going to attack for the same reason? After all, there are scores of evil despots and dictators in the world. Does America now see it as its responsibility to preemptively attack each of them? Right. I guess since we can't feed every single starving person in the world, we should not attempt to feed any of them.
This is an absurd argument.
And of course if the author cared one bit about human rights, he would recognize that the mass graves uncovered with an estimated 300,000 people slaughtered by Saddam is one of the worst crimes against humanity in our times, and would be praising Bush and Blair for getting rid of him.
The critics of Bush are total hypocrits and for all practical purposes, defenders of evil in the world today. God help them.

BTW, I agree with the sock-puppet; with investments in Halliburton, Bechtel and the like, casualties are irrelevant.
