Explain how forcing retarded children (can we still use that term here) to do algebra and then fail at it is in anybody's interest.
I'm no fan of the education establishment, but sometimes a bad idea is a stupid idea. As this one is.

Democrats water down the bills and add their pork and for some reason the republicans let them get away with this in order to pass it. Yeah, that's the story, even though the Republicans control the House, Senate and the Presidency, its the Democrats fault. Thank you.

Conservatives don't lose their determination. Determination is what got His Slickness impeached. Determination is what stopped the Goron from stealing a national election.
Not buying it.

Thanks for pingin me to this EXCELLENT, SUPERB article.
Nix 2, you have done a magnificent job of addressing the issues and pointing out Bush's accomplishments: the beginning of the dismantlement of the Dem nanny-state.

That's about where i come down. The Constitution Party is not being serious this year. Their candidate, Peroutka, didn't think we should have gone into Iraq. I read that in his position paper.
Right about then is when the CP has lost me for this election cycle.
I'm voting for W. Holding my nose whilst i do it, but voting for him nonetheless.
Staying home is not an option.

Those bills come due. Taxpayers have to pay them. B.S. When more money is needed, it will be printed.

If we don't start being a bit more discerning in who we elect, it could happen. Specter is a good *for instance.* We can check these peoples' records. We don't have to follow as if we have rings through our noses. That's what primaries are for. Common sense ought to tell you that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a democrat with an R by their name, then don't vote for that R. Look at Bloomberg in NYC. Look at Jeffords. We have much to hang our heads for, but not for Bush. NOT for Bush.

B.S. When more money is needed, it will be printed. Okey-dokey. Then the electorate can pay for the deficit through inflation.
Either you don't understand basic economics and monetary policy, or you are simply allowing your short-sighted political goals to cloud your judgment.

A fine rant indeed and you do not stand alone!

Clever argument. Too bad it's completely wrong.

Clever argument. Too bad it's completely wrong. You don't think the conservative-bashers turn people off? They sure don't turn em on.
The way to win elections is to win people over, not to insult them.
All of this bashing is juvenile, at the very least.
The deficits are indefensible. Wise folks won't try.

AHA! Another clever argument. And you're STILL wrong. Thank you. Now do you care to be specific about how I'm wrong? Or are you just engaging in schoolyard type taunting.
