The difference, of course, is that Castro is still in control and imposes his will on people.
Reagan is not in control and if the name of a building is changed by those who wish to honor the former president, it's very difficult to see how any comparison to what Castro would do is valid.

Calkat was simply responding to an earilier post comparing the name change attempt to Castro.
Your right no one in their right mind would compare the two leaders, and neither was Calkat
