I really did swoon when I saw this on Drudge.
I was less offended by the picture of Janet Jackson's boob that surprised me there on Monday.

Thank God for you and the way you make me smile when there is nothing to smile about.

Thank God for you and the way you make me smile when there is nothing to smile about JMO, you probably never smile, you are probably always in a perpetual dour mood.
BTW Laz, are those the kitties you plan to use for your live kitty mobile that you were so proudly proclaiming and thought was so witty on a thread about a week ago.

What do I have to do to convince you I'm on your side now? Please don't send me to the Gulag, man, I am a loyal party apparatchik now!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO CONVINCE YOU!
Maybe this will convince you.....
See? I'm not a bad guy. I'm on your side now! There is no need for punishment!!! Think happy thoughts!!!!

The world body must agree to accept the 5.54 percent interest rate. Interest and principal is to be paid off by all member states. Since 'all member states' = mainly USA, when it comes to forking over money, they will be using US taxpayer's money to pay off this 'loan'. Good grief indeed!
I have a better idea. Let's just offer to pay the entire cost for design and construction of a brand new UN building -- as long as it's located in Geneva!!
To: kattracks
Move the UN HQ to France, where they will feel more "at home" politically.

The last straw for many will be if he signs a reauthorization of the AW ban.Maybe that will be his "October Surprise" for us?
To: Dane
". Bush looks magnaminous, the UN looks like the spoiled child it is."
The point is that the UN will always look like the spoiled child it is.
Spending 1.2 billion of taxpayer money to continue making that point is a waste of money, IMO.

( <a href="http://www.michaelmoore.com" target="_blank">miserable failure put it in your tagline too!)
The 39-story, green-glass rectangle leaks heat in winter and air-conditioning in summer, is riddled with asbestos and lacks a sprinkler system. And this is a problem?
Let me rephrase... and I should finance the renovation of the home of this America-hating body why?
To: Rebelbase
The point is that the UN will always look like the spoiled child it is That is the point.
JMO, you are not going to get rid or reform the UN in one fell swoop, ain't going to happen. Show them for the little spoiled brats they are. You may not like the incrementalism, but that's the way things work nowadays.
Instead of focusing on Bush focus on the UN, and their antics and write your Congressman and point that out to them. Bush didn't sign an executive order like Clinton or Kerry would have, this has to go through Congress.
