Don't know. It was a couple blocks away fronm Gate 2 Street near Kadena and I hear they cleaned it up. You're not thinking of Whisper Alley?

It sounds like the same place. The MA-1A was a piece of Air Force equipment that blows air. It produced a large amount of forced air to keep the interior of the KC-135 cool during summer. Now days it might be called a Monica.
