What are we defending Western Europe from again? The Russians? Let the Russians back in to civilize them again.

I was going to post a similar response.
The museum itself is macabre but still... within the realm of acceptability. But using executed men to staff it is sick.

Now here's a German who was born 60 years too late.

I cannot believe the G-dlessness of using deceased human beings as an art medium. This is a jaded, nihilistic man's cruel disrespect of life and creation.

Doctor Mengele would be as proud of this German doctor.

The new money funded to the NEA will probably pay for a visit to the USA.

China started the ball rolling when it sold the bodies.

I'm surprised God has held off as long as he has before letting us all have it. I wouldn't criticize this guy too much. After all, look what we've been doing. A holocaust of 45 million in the US alone.

aye carumba!!! I worry that someday the world will return to the gladitors, when human life is cheapened to a round of sport ... oh, it will start with prisoners ...
in that sense, "The Running Man" was perhaps a bit prophetic ...

This is some sick sh!t on more than one level. #1 The art is just plain nasty. #2 The fact that you can buy executed prisoners from China. #3 These people that were executed were probably executed for reasons less than justified. #4 leave it to a German to come up with this twisted crap.

one Holocaust film I saw showed the Nazis had made lampshades from the tanned hides of human skin, those with elaborate tatoos being the most "decorative" ...
sick, sick, sick ...

some of my ancestors came from Germany ... I sure hate to see this ... I hope more of the German public protests it ... there are still some good ones left ...
but very twisted ... when I saw that lampshade think, I felt like I was going to throw up ... just scary ...
he's on the same level as the teacher in Kansas that wanted to feed live puppies to a snake in front of kids ...

Preserving bodies without the prior consent of the deceased may be a violation of German law, according to legal experts.
I hope the German government prosecutes this sick bastard and stops the "show" ... or at least obtains an injunction against the "show" and gives these people a proper burial ...

Disgusting but not surprising. The same country has a sexual subculture of cannibalism, too.

A proper burial? Nice idea. The corpses now are full of plastic. It´s so disgusting. I refused to visit the exhibition. But then again, with the exception of Chinese executed, all other people voluntary declared that they wanted to be presented in the exhibition before their death. They´ve the right to that, as long the corpses aren´t abused (like playing games with them, or sth else). As for corpses of executed, who didn´t agree to being exhibited: their bodies will be buried, yes. One´s for sure, this sicko won´t be prosecuted - unlike the other sick cannibal, who was awarded for eating a man (with the victims consent) with 8 1/2 years imprisonment (but the prosecutors appealed, they want him being sentenced for murder).
