A Noachide is quite a step down from an Evangelical Christian. You know, there are more commandments in the new testament than the old. Distilling them down to seven is quite a short-change.Why do I get the idea that telling you that I grew up a Fundamentalist Protestant would do no good? ::Sigh::
I seem to be in a lose-lose situation. Because the Noachide Halakhah is traditionally grouped under seven headings (just as Jewish Halakhah is grouped under 613) does not mean there are only seven simple things to do in life. But when I tell you there's more to it than that you will lecture me about being under "grace" rather than under the law. Yet you just boasted of having *more* laws!
I know where you're coming from. That's why I know you're wrong. But it will do no good to argue. We'll have to agree to disagree.

Actually I would not argue as you think. Lets agree to disagree, or even on a long shot agree.
I guess you could go for the Noachide Laws as a step in the right direction if you were standing in the morass of Churchanity instead of Biblical Christianity. (Which I must admit is somewhat rare).
I do keep the feasts, and I do not mean Lent.
