Does anybody have a list of the comments made by various Democratic Senators in the late 90's about the existence of WMD in Iraq? Is Senator "I'll-say-anything-to-get-a-vote" Kerry on it?

Okay by me, I believe in accountability. But they may not be happy if they find the WMD's went to Syria as we prepped to invade.

First, put Klintoon under oath. Be a hoot to watch him say, "Oh, I don't recall" over and over and over

However, Kerry remarked that although Bush may not be at fault "without adequate evidence," he is certain that Cheney bears the burden for saying that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.OOC, why do Democrats hate Cheney so much? It's like they've painted a horrible picture of him for no reason, and now the average Joe is under the impression that he's some sort of criminal. Am I missing something?

Have an investigation and bring each senator, Kofi and his klatch and in chronological order have them testify.
But that of course will never happen. Because the minute you subpeaona them they will have lawyers suing to protect their rights.

When are they going to ask to inestigate the Clinton administration which made the same exact WMD claims?
To: prairiebreeze
Well, looks like we all got taken for a ride by someone. And dating back many years.

From the link above:
"[W]e urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs." -- From a letter signed by Joe Lieberman, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara A. Milulski, Tom Daschle, & John Kerry among others on October 9, 1998
"I will be voting to give the president of the United States the authority to use force - if necessary - to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security." -- John F. Kerry, Oct 2002

"...why do Democrats hate Cheney so much? It's like they've painted a horrible picture of him for no reason, and now the average Joe is under the impression that he's some sort of criminal." My dream...is Cheney steps down for health reasons and Rudy Giuliani steps in as the VP candidate.

H*LL NO!
To: prairiebreeze
Politics aside, this was a major f-up by the administration. Major. I don't buy the "Bush lied" mantra, because there would be planted WMDs if it was a conspiracy. But this has been a huge failure of intelligence and of communication by Bush and his team. They have egg on their face, as well as those of us who believed them and assured our acquaintances they would turn up and vindicate our position. Blix and the UN look more reliable than we do right now.
Bush needs to face the public ASAP and give a full accounting or at least authorize an investigation. This screwup is inexcusable.

Exactly! That memo is their road map and that is what the next few months will be about - independent investigation. The TRIGGER!
Trash Cheney cause he is in charge, "oil" and all that money.
They really need to know what intel President Bush has, cause he obviously is not showing and telling all he knows.

"President Giuliani?? H*LL NO!" It will be, or it will be President Hildabeast!

"There were scientists and engineers working on developing weapons or weapons concepts that they had not moved into actual production," Kay revealed. HELLO ... I guess Kerry missed that part huh??
Oh BTW ... Did Kerry ever call Clinton a liar and call for an investigation when Clinton attacked Iraq ???
