In truth, I don't thing the Administration has seriously tried to do this since Mahmoud Abbas resigned as Prime Minister of the PA. Other than a few minor gripes about "the wall," the Bush Adm. has been quite quiet about Israel's actions. I think everyone's waiting around for Arafat to die and go to hell.

Well, the marriage only between a man and a woman should be a no brainer, but alas, when dealing with democRATs, "no brainer" takes on an entirely different meaning. These morons need to have the obvious spelled out for them.

Well, since we are evidently unaware, pray tell us how much would it be? Please bear in mind that the impoverished Democratic Republic of Germany somehow managed to erect an effective perimeter, and the U.S. has a history of some achievement (e.g. moon landings), and that each illegal that defeats are perimeter costs the taxpayer $89,000, and that technology (such as that described below) might well allow greater effectiveness at less cost than heretofore had been possible.
