I'm really hoping that I don't find out this is a Republican judge trying to make a name for himself by ordering zany sentences.

What he should've done is make him take yoga with Helen Thomas. That would've kilt him.

A judge ordered a man convicted today of slapping his wife to take a yoga class as part of his one-year probation. Talk about cruel and unusual punishment! Where's the ACLU when you need them?

Yoga is pretty good; I've only done it a few times, but it is very relaxing (except for the smell of armpit and pacholi coming from the hairy arm pitted female instructor)
