I think I saw it over on the Kobe Bryant thread back in October 2003. I checked. All that was there was a few replys and a banned troll.

"Then again, I don't have much sympathy with those shot at Kent State. It may seem like arse kissing, but you just never start arguments or piss people off who have firearms -especially when you do not!"
I agree with you on that one! Those stupid hippies at Kent State got what they deserved too!
The only tragedies at kent State were the two students that got caught up in that whole mess. One young man just stopped to watch the whole thing from a distance. There was a young woman who was changing classes and walking to her next class when she was shot. Those stinkin' hippies that knowingly took part in the protest aren't even worth remembering.

Read "Destructive Generation" by Horowitz and Collier, facinating take on the 60's.
The fools at kent State, like all radical liberals of the 60's, felt that every moment of their existence would have some profound effect on the history of the US. They didn't think of the consequences of f*****g with armed militia, all they thought of was how people would view their actions, and if this demonstration would have its place in history, well guess what - it did.

Thanks. I've made two trips to Turkey -- loved it! I have not yet seen this movie, but hope to soon.
