"I think we need to train up a few good lawyers too. As well as having members of the Justice department scattered throughout a few of those places, and a few FBI agents as well. Those democrat lawyers might be a little hesitant about breaking the law if they thought they might just spend a couple of years in jail for voter fraud."
The Dems are crooks, and will leave no stone unturned this year
To: txradioguy
Tim Johnson is a corrupt, despicable scumbag who holds his office only because of vote fraud. What is equally pathetic is the Republicans' failure to go after Johnson and his crooked enablers.
But South Dakota attorney general Mark Barnett, a Republican with designs on the governor's office, has dismissed criticisms of voting in his state, calling the story "shoddy and irresponsible and sensationalistic and garbage." (Barnett made that statement without investigating most of the allegations in the article.)
Like this idiot, Barnett - - what's the deal with him?

Why are there still "Indian reservations" in 2004? Can't these people join society already????

Reminds me of the disabled Republican levers on the voting machines here in NY during the 2000 elections.
Only teh Republican levers were disabled, so if you went and said that the machine was broken, they knew you intended to vote Republican.
You got apaper provisional ballot, and voted that way.
Or at least you thought you did.
They 'circular filed' many ballots in NY that evening.
A News Crew even reported seeing poll workers dumpping paper ballots by the bagful into a dumpster.
This was quashed immediately.
The Rats did it in 2000 and pointed fingers to keep people from seeing what they were doing (Blame others of their own actions) and they did it again in the last elections, though not on the extreme scale they pulled in 2000.
I expect them to be twice as bad in this year's elections.

Many of those could be Freepers.I dunno - - big-city Democrat lawyers might intimidate me....
ROTFLMAO!!!
To: Mo1; McGavin999
These out of town lawyers with their intimidation tactics, remind me of the ACLU. They're probably members. McG999 is right. The DOJ and FBI need to be on hand monitoring the voting.
Thune was robbed. It must not happen again.

Why are there still "Indian reservations" in 2004? Can't these people join society already???? Separate nation, with all the benefits of US. I'm sure you know history. Thing is, with the casinos, these tribes have become wealthy, and I mean wealthy. The rich tribes not only fill the pockets of democrats, they supply the votes. Somehow, their polling places must be monitored by DOJ or FBI, as per post #19.

I'm looking for the RNC to really get involved in the Thune vs Dashole race. Every polling place in every precinct must be watched, particularly the Indian reservations. You are joking...right?
The Republicans in power are rolling over on Illegal Infiltrators, and some have rightly pointed ot that if we were to get serious, and begin deporting Illegals, the media would portray every story as a sob story...the (R)'s have had the chance to stand up and call for prosecution fro Voter Fraud since Bob Dornan PROVED he was robbed!
What makes you think the (R)'s in charge have the stomach to prosecute voter fraud THIS time?
Also, what if some of the vote fraud is these very same Illegal Infiltrators that GWB just got done praising and opening the doors and Treasury to...will Rove et all allow the (R) who gets hit with Voter Fraud by them protest, or will they have to roll like Ashcroft, Dornan, and Thune were forced to?

You have to wonder about Thune, and the republicans. After all the time and effort and money they spent on the race, he lets it go with serious charges of voter fraud? Becasue he doesn't want to put the people of SD through it? That's pretty lame. Honest democracy is too hard on their feelings?
