It's not enforceable. We can enforce the current laws any time we want and do it very simply. Put those employers who hire these people in jail, and fine them out of business. You'll only need to do a few. They are aiding and abetting the violation of federal laws and should be charged as co-defendats.

Let's not forget the unions that are opposed to the mechanization of harvesting foods. Tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce etc. can all be harvested by machine! In fact there is no vegetable that can't be harvested by machine.

This is absurd, this turning to the government to solve problems. Why not contact employers who are inviolation directly? If you have evidence of the violation, submit it to the Immigration service or your Congressman.

LOL!

Have you read the posts about Police catching a truckload of Mexican Illegal Infiltrators, and were told by INS "Let them go, we aren't interested in Mexicans"?!

If the POLICIA can't get the INS to do it's job, what makes you think they'll snap-to for Joe Sixpack?!

Um...in case you hadn't read...the FEDERAL Gub'mint is DIRECTLY responsible for the Security of the Nation, and it's Borders! This is the ONE TIME that we NEED the Gub'mint to do it's DAMN JOB!

I slipped my 9mm out of my purse and took the safety off, laying my plans. When the passenger widow comes down take out the shotgun rider then the driver, double tap, leaves 5 bullets for the three in the back.

BRAVO!!! (spontaneous standing "o")!!!

Three cheers for FReeper-style GUN-CONTROL!!!!

My compliments to your clear assessment skills!

Critical Thinking...it's What's for Breakfast!!!!

On the down-side, prepare to have to carry out your plan if the Kool-Aid Crowd and GWB get their way on Illegal Infiltrators...but then you would be guilty of profiling....racism....and harming a protected race/species!

FACT: Illegal aliens who currently live and work here are required to self-identify and qualify for temporary worker status. What part of this do you not understand?

I don't get what this has to do with my post? I think you are confusing posts from different people.

I cannot believe this, I just returned home from filling out accident reports. Six lane highway, busy intersection, an illegal comes from the middle lane and makes a left right in front of me.

There was an off duty cop in the car behind me, a tow truck driver, and the family in the lane next to me, that stayed to testify as to whose fault it was.

She doesn't speak english, so they had to wait for her husband to show up. No drivers license, no insurance, no business being in the country. I'm so flustrated I can't see straight. This has got to end.

Funny cartoon! But really this is not the only issue on which Bush speaks from both sides of his mouth. From energy to Medicare to NASA, this guy declares some lofty goals and in the very same speech puts out measures that do the exact opposite. It's all in the script it seems. Bush went to Iraq, got some points and then rushed to do the dirty work for Gray Davis and the pimping for Hillary. Why did California voters bothered with a recall? Bush did more than Davis ever could.

Actally I'm a little sore and have a headache. No they did not arrest her for being illegal, they have no way to do that because I inquired.

The off duty cop and the tow truck driver and a family in the next car did stay to testify for me. As we were waiting for her husband to arrive, who speaks a little english, the off duty cop and tow truck driver were telling me their experiences with illegal drivers. When I got home my neighbors were telling me about their three wrecks involving illegals.

I got her plate number and we have to exchange address's and information, so I am calling the INS tomorrow and threatening to sue them if they don't pick them up and deport them.

It's time for some kind of grass roots effort, maybe in the form of a write in campaign, to get a true conservative and not some Dem pretender in the White House.

Please join me in supporting Michael Peroutka. In some states there may need to be a write-in campaign, but in others he will be on the ballot; in the latter case he will also need the pro-active campaign support of his allies to overcome the left-wing media bias or exclusion.
