The life of others affects my daily life in every direct and indirect way.
Killed the Kyoto Global Warming Treaty
I'm not forced to live under this unfair treaty while my business competitors carry on polluting.
Killed Clinton's CO2 rules that were choking off all of the electricity surplus to California.
My company's factories in CA can operate without having to worry about the electricity supply they're paying for.
Killed Clinton's "ergonomic" rules that OSHA was about to implement; rules that would have shut down every home business in America.
I have a home business.
Killed the U.S. - CCCP ABM Treaty that was preventing the U.S. from deploying our ABM defenses
ABM defenses affect me personally - I really don't look good as a radioactive, burned-out cinder.
Has CONSTRUCTION in process on the first ten ABM silos in Alaska so that America has a defense against North Korean nukes
See above.
Pushed through THREE raises for our military.
Family members in the military.
Increased Defense Dept funding which had deteriorated during the previous 8 years
National security, an important issue to me personally.
Stopped foreign aid that would be used to fund abortions.
The less foreign aid, the more in our national treasury.
Supported and upheld the ban on abortions at military hospitals
The life of others affects my daily life in every direct and indirect way.
There are actually only one or two things that President Bush has done that DON'T affect my life in one way or another in some way.
No I didn't, but thank you, for letting me know. We've got a gigantic rambling old second-hand bookstore here in Sydney, Gould's, and I'll pick up a Roosevelt bio or two on my next trip there.
Not in the book I've been reading, amigo. However, it does contain an incredible account of his trip down an unexplored river in South America. En route, one of his party was murdered by another. It was a miracle they ever got out of there alive.
Sure. But when the axe finally falls, remember that you didn't take my advice. If you could get back to posting some intelligent commentary, instead of running from thread to thread looking for someone to offend, you might not be on the deathwatch you're on now.
LOL!!! More wishful thinking from Byronski.
I'd have to get in line behind all those foaming at the mouth over the Bush immigration plan.
