A good number of lawyers and judges don't know the difference between the constitution and constipation. This was common knowledge back in 1800, when pinhead lawyers and politicians could be taken out on the field of honor and shot. That's why dueling was banned - too many moron lawyers were laying in fields with large caliber holes in their lawyerly vests. We need to bring back dueling. It's God's answer to culling society's traitors and misfits, which seem to infest this occupation class.

---I wonder which is a greater drag on the economy--criminal activities or lawyers? Why did you leave out the "free traders"?
All 3 of them(criminals, lawyers, free traders) are only interested in getting more money, no matter who is hurt.

Well obviously God is choosing NOT to bless America!

Question: How many lawyers does a slow economy produce? Is this one of those chicken and egg questions?

Lawyers will multiply like cockroaches. The only game in town in ten years will be suing those with deep enough pockets. We don't need any more stinkin' engineers, dontcha know.

Lawyers will multiply like cockroaches. That is more intentional than you think. That is why you get lighter sentences if you have a lawyer present, because the judge is rewarding anyone who employs a fellow attorney. That has been the custom for at least 50 years now, and many judges come right out and admit it.
The intended reason we have so many laws, so many confusing laws, is because the legislators(who are lawyers) want people to need attorneys to understand and follow the laws that they write. They write laws to make the people dependent on hiring more lawyers.
