"...using the legal system and sealed files to punish political foes."
So the legal system is NOT supposed to go after criminals if they happen to be political allies ? I thought that was what we were trying to stop.
... and are you refering to the files that were UN-sealed - and then subsequently resealed ?
Have you any evidence that ANYTHING in those records have been used for anything - or even that they have been read yet ?
BTW - if this was about Hillery, the Clines would be sharkbait, the records would have disappeared, and the pharmacies would have had accidental explosions - Rush is simply an amateur criminal.

"I think you've hit the nail on the head!"
The Clines threatened to -
"...disclose Mr. Limbaugh's addiction to pain medication, AMONG OTHER THINGS."
Rush-
"..sought advice on how he ought to proceed with others WHO ARE IN THE BUSINESS WITH HIM."
"Keven Bellows, a spokeswoman for Premier Radio Networks,... "
"Bellows said Limbaugh, ... and "certainly had more pills than he could ever use."
"Bellows said Limbaugh never INTENDED to sell the drugs.
Could this be it ???
Could the true, deep dark secret be that Rush had SOLD his excess supply at some time ? HHmmmmmm !!!!!!

Could it be that there is no "there" there,in the medical records? In other words, no substantiation of a horrendous back injury requiring the level of narcotics normally required by patients with terminal CA,amputations,3rd degree burns, etc. No follow up MRIs,no spinal CT,no plain films,no myelograms. Just the word of the patient.

Hmmmm.... If a state prosecuter were to leak information that is protected by a federal law to either the press or to the DNC, it seems to me that a HUGE lawsuit would be in the works, as well as criminal charges on a federal level.
I know it's just a dream, but wouldn't it be cool if Rush Limbaugh were to "own" the DNC?

(It looks to me that they waited until he originally denied the request to quash -which they did not HAVE to do - then they opened them.
Rightfully so... are they supposed to wait to see if he changes his mind and reverses himself ?
They are performing an investigation, when a judge rules that its OK, they continue with the investigation.)
"THE COURT: I see. I see. Okay. Thank you. Mr. Martz, what about his request for a 9.310 stay should I be inclined to decide your way?
MR. MARTZ: Judge, I honestly think it's in the purview of the Court to make that decision. I don't think I have an argument on that.
THE COURT: Okay. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, we're adjourned. Thank you for your time.
Thereupon, the hearing was concluded at 3:08 p.m "
I thought the prosecutor indicated they would have no problem with waiting on the
9.310 stay should the judge be inclined to decide his way.

"I'm not a lawyer, I only play one on FR"
But... If Black never actually asked for that "9.310 stay" - I'm assuming there must be some offical way of doing that - they would have been free to open them.
( which might be why the judge had to quickly re-seal the records )
I wonder if Black's heart is not really in it - he defended Kennedy didn't he ?

Really too bad someone could not get ahold of Bill Clinton's medical records.Remember the WH doctor who was fired early in the Clinton administration? He refused to give Clinton an injection of some "allergy medication" that had been mailed to the WH from Arkansas. Vial was unmarked so doctor refused and was fired immediately.

Rush is a political commentator and entertainer.
He is NOT an elected public official.
If rush didled his intern with his cigars its one thing but when the leader of the free world does it its entirely different.
Rush has gone after Bush quite abit too so who know whose behihg all this.

I have wondered this myself. Rush has not had the best of luck with hiring employees.

I thought we were through with Clinton Reno Stalin tactics?
I think it's time to start putting a few politicians in jail for a very long time. In fact, why don't we put all of those crooks in jail. They are stealing money left and right anyway. We might as well use it for a good cause.
To: Kay Soze
I would say whoever is behind the Clintons is behind this.

Had forgotten about that; wonder if the Doctor that took his place, that 'served' Clinton so well, is still alive. . .or perhaps he is still his Doctor.
It would not be possible for GW to get away with such subterfuge; not that he would ever try; or ever need to.

We elected new people to get rid of the Clinton kind of people. It's time to put the Clinton kinds in jail for real.
That, of course, includes the Clintons.

I think you misunderstood--I was commenting on that italicized paragraph, making the same point that you did: if for some reason a program offends you, change the channel and don't go back.

Yes, a multi-millionaire decides to make a little money by dealing drugs. It all fits.
