One can certainly understand the woman's reluctance to go to trial by accepting Boxley's plea deal. But what about our culture that this brutally raped by this lowlife? Where is the recompense? Where is the justice for Boxley's debasing our culture?

Wadda you wanna bet he goes back to his old job with Dumbocrat Speaker Silver? Silver was told about the rape years ago and did nothing to help the rape victim. Instead Silver aided and abetted the Boxley creep, shielding him from justice. Silver even managed to keep Boxley on the state payroll using bogus excuses about past leave and vacation pay.

That's right. It's a known fact that once these money-grubbers get state jobs, they never spend a cent of their own money.

It's an outrage that after the rapes were revealed, this depraved individual was on the state payroll for months. This was facilitated by his partner in crime --Speaker Silver --who continually obstructed justice for the rape victims.

The two rape victims (that we know of--God knows how many were afraid to come forward) should file civil suits against this lowlife.

Don't know about the laws for sex offenders there, but here in La. he must run an ad in the local newspaper for 3 days everytime he moves and send a postcard to everyone within a 1 mile square of his address...btw , his newspaper ad must include a recent picture of himself and the charge for which he was convicted...since he wasn't "sonvicted" guess he won't have to do that.
