A teacher at Beach High School, Redmond graduated summa cum laude from Atlanta's Spelman College, completing her double major in English and pre-medicine in three years, according to the Miss Savannah Web site. She was in the process of getting her master's degree in education from Armstrong Atlantic State University.

Why the h*&# would anybody who graduated summa cum laude from highly regarded Spelman, and with a pre-med major to boot, then go pursue a master's in edukashun at some backwater State U that nobody ever heard of? There's a lot wrong with this gal's head.
