Well, the story is that several years ago the back pain started the addiction. You are aware of his hearing problems/loss/implant, so it is no surprise he has been seeing an ENT.

By citing Rush's statement to cooperate I will guess you are trying to say that blocking a fishing expedition (which the majority of lawyer and judge pundits agree appears to be the case here) is not living up to his pledge to cooperate.

Cooperation and being subjected to whimsical searches are two different things.

My point was the poster I was responding to seemed to think the fact that Rush in fact sees an ENT somehow was at odds with the spiral beginning with a back problem.
