A Russian acquaintance of mine thinks that the Saddam capture was faked by the CIA. She couldn't believe that a bigshot like Saddam would just give himself up.

Heh, heh. Rush has always said liberals are funniest when they're out of power, because then all the fringe elements have no one to contain them. The Iraq endeavor has brought out the fruits and nuts from all over the world.

Phillip Adams can now join the esteemed Robert Fisk as a foreign journalist completely unware that he looks like a freaking moron, and his political opponents have long since decided he's amusing rather than challenging. He'll probably increase his circulation. He just won't notice it's on the funny pages.
