Che's estate would probably take her to court (they could see their way to make an exception for proChe shirts).
The ACLU would also say that this shirt is obscene because while the FCC has now "cleared" the Fwurd, they have only done so for instances where it is the insult and not a sexual act. The libs at the ACLU would contend that the shirt's message actually embraces Che's "rock star" like status and that persons who wear F*-- Che shirts are really CheGroupies who want to have sex with this dead man (like the Jim Morrison groupies of today).

Pelez's quest through Rum & Coke has been to understand both side of Cuba. So don't go telling her the play is not authentic enough. I bet she hears complaints from American-born socialists all the time who claim her work is not "authentic" because it depicts the lives of ordinary Cubans rather than proclaiming, "viva Fidel, viva Che!" Now that she has openly mocked a communist icon, the "tolerant" leftists who believe in "criticism" will redouble their efforts to suppress her works.

It's funny how the Left seems to ignore the fact that the people who seem to hate Fidel the most are off the boat Cuban-Americans.
Just like they ignored the IRAQIS IN MICHIGAN who danced when Saddam fell.

This is no surprise. Liberals love murdering communist pigs. They are idolized by liberals.

Many that wear those things today are just ignorant of history. They are told that he was a revolutionary and that's it.
I did manage to get his image dropped by a company using the image as an icon on their webboard. All I did was say how uncomfortable I was seeing it and how they probably did not want to be associated with this butcher. Another email detailing where he came from and died at was enough for the icon to disappear.

For those looking for the unusual winter vacation, try this gulag retreat.
This commie vacation is offered by the Cuban Solidarity Campaign. Ask for the Winter Brigade special.
Vacationers land in Havana and then are ferried by fashionable cattlecars or donkeys to the workers farm paradise.
Upon arriving, brigadistas (thats you) are indoctrinated and told they are enlisted into the Cuban economic struggle against the imperialistic United States blockade. Your Cuban handler will not mention that 188 other nations are more than willing to trade with Cuba if it got off its lazy Marxist butt and made something worthwhile trading for.
Anyway, your vacation ends at the Ché Guevara memorial in Santa Clara.
Ché, the Cuban Marxist revolutionary, was beloved by oppressed workers throughout the world until he set foot outside of Cuba. While in Bolivia trying to scare up a worker revolution, ungrateful local peasants grabbed shovels and pitchforks and chased the progressive doctor out of the village. Soon after, hero Ché expired when he contracted a severe case of lead poisoning.
Participants are given useful idiot trinkets in appreciation for their visit.
As you board the cattlecar to depart the enlightened socialist paradise of gulags, communism, secret trials, torture and thought police, you notice one other difference between you and the ordinary Cuban citizen - you get to leave.

And the fact is, noone was happier to see Che assume room temperature than Fidel Castro himself.
