I think illigitimacy hurts the child the most and is quite selfish. Today I think there are a lot of people screwing around, but thank goodness there's birth control (as opposed to abortion). It does not matter the race, except it just makes the situation more apparent when it's black or white women with mixed race babies. People can't mind their business ya know.

Billy Carter caused a little bit of controversy using the phrase -- and only a little bit, since he was the brother of a Dem president.

A black fellow named Carter joked he might be related to Billy. Billy's answer was something like "we have all left a n------ in the woodpile" and yes, if my memory is right he used the "n" word.

I checked for a reference on Google but couldn't find one. As I said it was only a minor controversy but I remember it especially since that was the first time I heard "woodpile" related to illegitimacy.

Gotta love the Dems for their love & tolerance. Imagine if Neil Bush said it.

Well, Armstrong Williams said he visited her often, gave her money, put her in the best schools, and spoke proudly of her... Doesn't sound like a racist that is trying to hide her to me, or using her in any way! He took a "gasp" political risk every time he supported her and visited her... Unlike our klintoon, that is still denying HIS child (that looks just like him, but PLEASE GOD don't let him be like him!).

Actually, this speaks of a double standard that I have seem some interesting variations on. If you look at degrees of unacceptability, I can assure you that it would have been looked at as a youthful indiscretion Strom Thurmond having this alleged relationship.... There is a big difference between a white man having a relationship with a black woman and a white woman having a relationship with a black man. Sally Hemings and Emmitt Till are two completely different situations...

As a person who has mixed race children, I see it go the other way now where the brothers get highly upset seeing a beautiful black woman having a relationship with a white man. Me, I don't care, but I have seen it get pretty nasty for some people.

I think Klintoon is living his T.Jefferson fantasy. I think that kid is probably Roger's Clinton's offspring since they both went whoring together. Either way, Jesse Jackson Jr. has a trail of half white woodpiles that were a clear inconvenience to Jackson Sr.'s fundraising activities.

Now that you bring it up, the klintoon doesn't have any children of his own (we all know Chelsea belonged to ol' Web Hubble until her surgeries, now she's like Michael Jackson - no one can lay claim!). So, that boy we saw paraded as belonging to klintoon could have been his bro's child. Makes you say "hmmmmmmmmmm..."

I do have a question..why was it necessary to provide "financial support" for over 60 years to a fully employed mature woman who happens to be the daughter of his parents former housekeeper.

The observable distinction between financial support and hush money in this case is neglible. Every one seems to be ignoring that the woman's mother was 15 when she was impregnated by a 22 year old man ( Thurmond). Under South Carolina law of the time that would be statutory rape.

Of all the embarrassing things Billy Carter did, using the "n-word" was not one of them.

I vaguely remember the incident, but it wasn't Billy who had supposedly said it, it was Jimmy. However, this source claims that the James Carter who actually made the comment was not President James Earl Carter, but Georgia State Senator James G. Carter. I cannot account for the veracity of that statement.

They claim that the DNA tests say that the kid is not Bill Clinton's. My tinfoil hat immediately appeared and considered this to be a conspiracy until I reasoned that Roger Clinton went with all his whores. Either way, all these people are selfish. Children are the ones who suffer because of idiot adults.
