I should also point out another error in the chart. It states that abortion is legal under Bush, however Bush has signed a partial birth abortion ban, which Dean opposes. So maybe, for some form of accuracy, Obviousley, under Dean, that PBA ban would probably get tossed somehow, but under Bush most abortion is legal, under Dean, all abortions would be legal.

As for ignoring the constitution under Bush, that is debatable in and of itself, just as liberals would argue the same about there hero Dean.

On conservative judges, there is an error. Most conservative judges have been confirmed, on higher levels, some have been blocked. A majority confirmed does not equal "blocked", it may be more accurate to say certain levels of the system conservative judges blocked, though it would be even more accurate to say on judges, conservative nominated, and confirmed with several blocked, while under Dean, none would be nominated.

Thank you for pointing out my inaccuracies, rather than simply calling me a malicious liar, like someone else did! Now THAT is how debate should be done!

It's bizarre. I've been waiting for him to run for ten years.

Wow... I considered myself ahead of the loop because I knew about the guy six months or a year before some Democrat poli-sci majors -- but if you have been watching the guy since the early 90s...

George, could I convince you to maybe take a look at some racing sheets from the nearest Derby tracks? If you can pick horses like that, what I do with the information is... well, not that I would be so unscrupulous as to engage in Gambling, of course... perish the thought...

In the end, they have to take Dean. He's the only one who will forestall a Nader spoiler run and, since the GOP has now surrendered the borders, abandoned the religious right, started planning their surrender on sodomy marriage, cemented PBA procedures into law while pretending they banned them, and broke all records for spending, and started a vast new prescription entitlement program, then the Dems must (I repeat must) extend their general agenda to the Left. The obvious rejection of Religious Right voters by the GOP will be too apparent to ignore. I expect evangelical turnout for the GOP to decline further, making it easier for Dean but at the same time the Old South will complete its realignment to the GOP. They're a little, um, monolithic in that region.

Sad, but painfully true. Excellent analysis.
