I don't know how you can say he was better than ever? He was turning down the caller and not letting him speak. He repeated himself many times. He didn't have any information on Becktel to defend his position. I thought it was weak and it's laughable at how much he has lost it as a great talk show host. I can name a dozen other host who would have down a far superior job.

Frankly, if it weren't for FR Rush would be doing a one hour show. Much of his material is garnered from the outstanding Freepers and their extensive knowledge of many issues.

one of the definitions of a gentleman is that one does not knowingly give offense. Rush offended many by his use of the word the other day, and continued to do give offense by not admitting that his fans had the right to be offended. He should have simply stated " Perhaps I should have used the word "manhood" instead, and let it go at that.

As much as I like Rush, I disagree with his knowingly giving offence to many people who are on hsi side.
