Will O. DePeople can compare the Constitution to the judicial opinions, congressional testimony and the fire side chats from Mr. President and decide for themselves who is correct and who stands to be corrected in the fed gov. Yes they can. It's called amendments, and the New Deal Commerce Clause was concocted to justify the New Deal programs because FDR didn't want those programs put to that kind of vote.
