I was listening to a local radio show where Maureen was interviewed this morning and she mentioned the fact that he was on death row twice.

I saw that on a web site I just visited and could find no reference to my point. Oh well. He'll die of old age first. The whole death penalty system needs to be overhauled and made more efficient maybe by unifying all appeals into one track and getting on with business.

There is no doubt that the jury reached the proper decision. Abu-Jamal was found guilty because he is guilty and he should die.
