FR should not be spreading such hoaxes. It's of no benefit to conservatism. Indeed, it will do harm.

>>>>>>>>>>BERLIN - Artaud Productions [GmbH] today announced that Euro-sensation, the proto skinhead satanist - Charnal House - will tour to support the Howard Dean candidacy.

Proto Skinhead Satanists need health care too. Lot's of it. Often involving Levitra, Prosac and many hours of therapy. Given Dean's ambitious program to make health insurance more widespread. This one was a match made in....oops, I almost went there.

it got real and real interesting YESTERDAY
and like you just said, we better look at the
WHOLE FRAMED picture, not the fruit in the middle.

The voter base will vote for whomever wears
the donkey strips and there ain't a 1/32 of an inch of difference between Hillary and Dean.

Yesterday ole Ralph Nader said hello Green Party
and got a good ole New Jersey invite to discuss
a presidential run. Remembering 2000, reckon
the democrats like Susan "Catfish" Estrich are happy ?

We know that Hillary / Ickes are George Soros
commrads with own the world like ideas. We know
from the pMSNBC w/ Brokaw dem debate that Brokaw
is enamored with Soros and stated the wondering nine
all knew and met ole Soros.
so...an alliance of Bill,Hill NBC,and socialsit/marxist
George Soros right there for God and all to see.

Who made those alliances with the Marc Rich contacts o'the world? Clintoons all the way since Arkansas and proof is a history of Charlie Tree.

Enter Nader, fund his pet projects and get 4% of the vote
...that ladies and gentlemen is four percent more for Dubya
....that is how Hillary et tow stop Deano.

Agreed again. Maybe this thread should be relabeled humor?

Personally, I think it should be pulled. This is exactly the sort of nonsense that gets pulled from FR and spread around the net via email forwards. The source ends up being FR, and that's not a good thing. I reported the thread, but it's still here. I dunno what to think at this point.

I truly hope it is Dean Bush faces next fall and not her. But I agree with your outlook. They really are all the same and want to ruin this country.

. . .and then there's that tiny little problem that Non-US citizens are prohibited by law from contributing to Federal Campaigns: contributions in cash or in kind are prohibited. . .

This is undoubtedly a hoax. A google search turns up no "Artaud Productions," and the only result about "Charnal House" as a rock band shows up on this bogus site. This kind of nonsense is not beneficial to the Bush campaign, since it is readily shown to be a hoax. I hope that FR doesn't spread these false stories that hurt only the GOP.

This may be a Hoax, but there is a band called Charnal House and you can find discussions about them in "Groups" when you do a Google search there.

There is NO indications, anywhere, that Dean would welcome this kind of support...which I doubt he would. ANYONE can say they are doing something in support of ANYONE's political campaign, that doesn't mean much until that campaign acknowledges it and says welcome.

So as far as a Hoax goes, it may be actually true, but the inference drawn -- that this means anything to/about Dean -- is Bogus and (in effect) a hoax.

"This may be a Hoax, but there is a band called Charnal House and you can find discussions about them in "Groups" when you do a Google search there."

I did do that search. I turned up a few messages about a Charnal House music label, but none about any band named Charnal House.

Apparently such band does not exist, since metal bands have active discussions going all the time.

I also could not find any reference to Artaud Productions, purportedly the source link for this article. Clicking on the link takes to you to Pipeline. There was a link to the original story there, but it is now broken.

This is a pure hoax. In the first place, no political candidate would link its campaign to such a musical group. In the second place, I've not seen any "metal" band endorsing anyone, Dem or GOP. It's not in their nature, you see.

My concern is that this story will get wide circulation in email forwarding, all leading back to FR as the source of the story. This harms FR, in my opinion.

Hoaxes, posted without some indication that they are hoaxes, are a poor idea, again in my opinion.

I forgot to mention one thing, the spelling of the bands name in the article is wrong and I did NOT idicate that I checked both spellings before I found all the posts in the newsgroups. I had read a lot of the stuff, before I posted, and forgot to mention the spelling issue. Google indicates the second spelling when one does the search

The Band's name is Charnel House, not Charnal House.

Here is a google group search of the band with the right spelling.

http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=Charnel+House+Band&btnG=Google+Search

The rest of what I wrote, agrees (mostly) with what you said...what I said was ANYONE can come out in support of ANYONE's political campaign -- and -- it means NOTHING unless it is acknowledged and welcome by that campaign. With these people, their endorsement could hurt Dean more than help!

I went back and checked the google web (as opposed to groups)search with the right spelling and there is a lot there too.

http://www.google.com/search?q=Charnel+House+Band&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=gw
