Haven't we always had tariffs?
Yes. It's what made us great and wealthy in the first place. unFree Trade is rapidly changing that however. If we allow the mania to persist, we'll be a third world hellhole in no time.

With the dollar plunging downward agaisnt the Euro, we will have the export advantage and they know this.

Actually, I think imposing the tariffs was the mistake.
