Why should they, when they can send their minions into innocent countries around the world, slaughter inososent people, and covince a liberal to take up their cause like a bed wetting little lap dog ?
Provided appeasement based isolationists still prosper in any country, they will assist terrorist in reaching their goals. It's pathetic, it's deplorable, and almost criminal, but true.

This is the kind of piece that is liable to ruffle a few feathers. A provocative and interesting point of view. The author shapes his argument tendentiously, but fundamentally, as a Catholic academic, he has crafted a defensible position.
