I think that the selling of Laci's car gave the impression Scott didn't think she was coming back. They were criticized and certainly wouln't want to default as if Scott would not be coming home.LOL!

"The pickup truck was an instrument used in the murder of Laci Peterson." Hmmm!! Okay, I'll grant that he's most probably talking about the body having been transported in it... but what if there were another explanation for those broken ribs? What if, out in the country, he took an unconscious Laci and ran over her with the truck?
I mean, we already knew Scott's blood was in the interior of the truck. We never heard that any such trace of Laci was in the interior of the truck. But what about the wheels or the undercarriage of the truck? Just speculating, as usual.

LOL--imagine Scott being unceremoniously dumped out of the jail. "Here's your free suit of clothes... see ya round, buddy." Nothing else to his name...
To: MEG33
Yes, I did, but may I say that your politeness was wasted... lol.

They found HIS blood in HIS truck? That is the best that they have?
The case against Scott is extremely weak so far, and nothing that they brought forth, wouldnt fit a million other men who cheat on their wives. There is nothing so far that the prosecution has said, that links Scott to the murder, beyond reasonable doubt.

Is he still paying collision insurance on it while it's off the road? Lender requires that he have collision during the full term of the note normally.

Distaso pointed as well to debris taken from the truck bed during a police investigation, saying it might turn out to be cement. It is possible that Laci's body was weighted with cement, law enforcement officials have indicated. The material will be sent to the state crime lab for analysis, Distaso wrote.
Will be sent? What the heck? Wonder why they've waited so long to send this to the crime lab?

Might not be any blood if she was strangled or suffocated.

? That is the best that they have? No, that's the best you've heard. Previously, a hair in the boat/pliers was lamented in the same manner. The jury isn't in the box yet, you won't be hearing the best they've got until then.

Here's another story, related in a way:
Fair Warning: Tim Robbins, Charlie Rangel and David Dinkins Support Art Work of Child Molesters
THE National Arts Club will be crawling with ex-cons tomorrow for the opening of the Fortune Society's Prisoner Art Show, showcasing works by over 75 inmates from around the country. While most of the artists will be unable to attend because of, uh, prior commitments, they do stand to make money if their pieces are sold - proceeds will go directly to the artist. Among the bleeding hearts expected: Tim Robbins, Bob Balaban, Charlie Rangel, David Dinkins and Tom Fontana. Curated by multimedia mogul Tim Nye, founder of Sunshine Amalgamedia and the legendary Thread Waxing Space, the show features works created from unconventional objects like M&M's, toothpaste and toilet paper, as well as from more conventional media.
~snip~
Perhaps Peterson's "works of art" will one day be featured at such an art show...

AAAaaacccckkkk! I don't think so. She would have had more than 3 broken ribs and Conner's condition would have been "different" to say the least.

Right, I remember his misstatement..something like, "guys cut each other all the time" I think he meant to say, they cut themselves..but Snotty proved time and time again that he is not too swift, or media savvy. He's always trying to use the appropriate words to sound well spoken, but it's much too difficult when everything you are stating is pure bull $hit.
