? That is the best that they have? No, that's the best you've heard. Previously, a hair in the boat/pliers was lamented in the same manner. The jury isn't in the box yet, you won't be hearing the best they've got until then.

That pliers was usually kept in the house. Laci was in the house. They were both in the house. Lots of things could have Laci's hair on it, a human sheds hundreds of hairs every day. So what?

That's still no proof. They need to find Laci's blood for there to be a "blood trail".

Yep. What they needed to find, was Laci's blood in the boat. They didnt. I think he is guilty, but I havent seen any proof of it yet.

How do you know they didn't?

Also, how do you know those pliers were kept in the house? I've never read anything to say they were in the house or kept strictly at the warehouse.

Why have we focused on chicken wire?

It was reported early on that SP couldn't account for a roll of chicken wire. The pliers would fit right in with trying to wrap her in the wire.

I just saw the pic of SP in court today. Cutsie little curl on the forehead. Looks like a girly-man to me!

For him to not be aware of the lien is inexcusable in my opinion. Thank goodness you contacted the Rochas!

Now, can the Rocha's attorney block Geragos from driving SP's truck and from profiting from the sale of the truck?

That's one expensive truck.

They had one expensive lifestyle, didn't they?

I wonder how much this guy was bringing home.

Good point. And who leaves blood stains (when he "cuts himself all the time") on the interior of his truck, not bothering to wipe it up? Ewww. Scott is many things, but he is not a slob.

Thank you, Yaelle. Maybe with the help of you others on here, I could pen a self-help book. How about, "How To Keep Your Credit Rating Perfect Even When You're Going To Hell"?
