EXACTLY ! Arnold will allow every undocumented immigrant who is not here illegally to get a license... IF they can find a company to insure them...

Guess it's my "circuit overload". That's darn smart thinking - naturally, extensive background checks would expose the illegals. I think we might have a pretty foxy Governor?

I hear he will be on John and Ken this morning so I'm interested in how he clarifies this. Queue jumping scofflaws should not be getting special treatment.
