ABC radio news said the American forces had taken two of the attacking force "hostage". If they are not combatants in uniform, would they be POWs? "Hostages" certainly a poor choice of word.

The a$$wipes at DU are calling this 'another massacre'. When American soldiers, they have a hard time hiding their joy. I can't even imagine what kind of low lifes these sick individuals are.

Re:
On hearing that 48 of their allies were killed by American Troops in central Iraq -- France has tendered her surrender.

Funny...the headline talks about how we killed a HUGE amount of enemies...I'm expecting to read a story about THAT...but the story really just goes back to detailing the few casualties of the coalition. We hear all of these details all the time, can't a story about a major success just stand on it's own? Even if the details aren't all known yet, it would seem that other news would be more relevant to pad the article. I guess only one side of this media "fairness" has to be "balanced" by opposite news.
GOOD ON YA troops.
This story should have been a big celebration of a nice victory. We take out far more of them than they do of us...we use it as propoganda to break THEIR will. Will somebody put me in charge of the media?

Thanks, much more information here.
NO U.S. deaths.
46 Iraqi enemies killed.
WOW.
That's major.
> ...they obviously picked the wrong convoy to attack. They could not have known...
There you have it. If we protect ourselves properly, we are safe.
More firepower, more strength, more resolve, works.

"In a separate attack about an hour later, another convoy of U.S. military engineers was attacked by four men with automatic rifles. The soldiers returned fire, wounding all four men..."

That's what I say...Way to go, troops!
Hillary's filthy words of discouragement to our troops undoubtedly encouraged the attacks....just as she intended, the filthy creep.

Every now and then you redeem yourself. That girl is so extremely delicious that Madame Coulter was momentarily displaced as the default of my Ur Goddess stack. Holy Mackerel. Only in America do we have such Total Foxes lending their power to our defense of Freedom.
