It's more typical liberal BS. First, they create an issue where there isn't one by ASSUMING $15 billion over 5 years means $3 billion each year. Why?
Then, they whine about getting $2.4 billion in the first year like without $3 billion, all the world will crumble.
Funny, before Bush proposed and passed his AIDS initiative, they didn't have near this much money. So why don't they go whine to Clinton?
Yes, it's come to this. The left wing, the liberals, the idiots, the socialists, the morons have lost so bad in the arena of life and politics they whine about a victory.
