Good question. Maybe the CIA could infiltrate the prison he's in and cap him before Al Qaeda makes its move. Dream on. While we're thinking about this, maybe what they ought to do is stick him in a sealed room and infect him with some super-bug and leave him there without food or water to die with only a pig to keep him company. Then again, make it a pig that died of old age. Wouldn't want anything nasty to happen to a live animal.

Judge: "Brother Hamdi al-Ahdal, you admit to the bombing?"
Ans: "Yes"
Judge: "Openly before this court, ask Alah for forgiveness"
Judge: "Now that you have asked Alah for forgiveness, you may go. Case closed."
