How about the guy that admits killing 48 women and won't face the death sentence. The prosecution sure dropped the ball on that one. I guess its ok to dismember someone as long as you are a cross dressing freak, some justice system.

Given the inevitable appeals, this murderous islamic and his litle buddy will be alive for 20 more years at taxpayer expense.

It is hard to assume the responsibility of a death sentance for another person. I feel that if anyone deserves to die it is this man. I feel that it will take several years of supporting him before that truly happens. He has a very long time to think about what he has done but does he really care?

He is going to come to Jesus alright when he gets dispatched to him. In the meantime, he can pray and repent all he wants, but it's too late for that too. God's saving grace while in the flesh body is a gift for anyone who chooses to receive it, but that does not extend to murderers. That's how grave and serious the offense is. Does that mean that all murderers will go to hell? Well, God is the judge, and that is why he wants muderers dispatched to him. So the perp can face God, and his victims for the real trial.

It can't hurt for a murderer to pray, and ask forgiveness, but they are never "saved" and forgiven while here.

Watching some of those jury members weep at the thought of executing this animal was disturbing.

but that does not extend to murderers

That is an interesting point.
How did you arrive at that conclusion?

Target practicing on him as he dodges about in that field would suit me fine. Let HIM feel some terror himself.

That would be cruel and unusual, which as you know, is beyond the limits of punishments our constitution allows.

One or the other, please. And note that if it is utilized frequently, it can hardly be considered *unusual.*

Personally, I favor placing him inside a cement mixer truck with a couple of dozen bowling balls and concrete blocks, myself.

Dance, John Muhammed, dance!

I'm for finding out the truth about JFK.

I believe in a eye for an eye so DC Sniper John
Muhammed can take a RIDE!

Any Questions?

From studying the Bible with a pastor on television. You can find scripture to back this up in the book the First Epistle of John. It is a fairly short book, and there are 2 verses in particular that I would post but I am at work, and don't have them with me. But to paraphrase there is one verse that says something like 'he who hates his brother is a murderer, and ye know that no murderer hath salvation in him.' Another that mentions a 'sin unto death' (i.e. murder), and God says that it may not do you any good to pray for it.

This is specific to premeditated murder from what I understand, and it makes sense to me if someone robs another of his chance to come to repentance, he forfeits his own.

I've learned a lot from this ministry. Here's a link to his website. http://www.shepherdschapel.com/default.htm

no murderer hath salvation in him..

Thanks for the info.
As you know there are those that believe even the most vile of vermin can be saved. I believe it is one of the most misunderstood or intentionally misrepresented concepts of salvation and I personally do not subscribe to it.

It's never too late to comment on good news.

I would put it as "One down, one to go".

Interesting point archy.

One could assume from a literal interpretation of "cruel and unusual" that if punishment were simply cruel or simply unusual, that would be ok since it would not be cruel AND unusual.

Therefore, all we have to do is put a few of these well deserving types into the concrete mixer a few times and it will, as you say, no longer be unusual. The precedent will be established, justice will be served.

Yes, I know. I am finding out that there are quite a few misnomers that are based on man made doctrines,or ideals and not the word of God. A common tactic used by the enemy is to twist, and take out of context the scripture to use it against Christains. "Turn the other cheek" is one that comes to mind. Many try to use that as an excuse to turn Christians into doormats without ever understanding the meaning of the verse.

but I still think we are animals as well;... You're right. He's below an animal.

Humans are not animals. We can be much better than them or we can be much worse. It's a technical fact of life - we can never, ever be animals. So arguing about animals will not resolve the issue. The solution is simple - if a man KNOWS that what he does costs other people's life and the law punishes it by death, then he himself has decided to step below animal level. He himslef has made his choice, accepting the consecuences. Case closed. Aplies to this case too - premediated, planned, multiple murder, there is no excuse.
