Promiscuity breeds health hazards; heterosexual or homosexual sex does
not breed health hazards.

Behavior modification? The sexual "therapy" you suggest involves electro-shocking
a homosexual at the instant a homosexual depiction is displayed. The "therapy"
usually results with the patient disliking not only homosexual depiction and activity,
but the dislike of any sexual activity, and the dislike of his or her own sexuality and
sexual organs. An asexual being is produced; the instances of extreme depression
and/or suicidal tendencies are common in the largest percentages of these pseudo-
"therapy" victims.

Why in God's name would anyone professing to care about human beings;
anyone professing to be religious in nature; Christian in thought, want to
subject any God-made human to that nonsense?

"That behavior" can not be safely changed. People are born with desires of varied
type. Why God made some people a bit different, is not my concern, nor should
it be yours. How they are treated or mistreated under law, should be.
