In Mexico they use human sewage to irrigate and fertilize the crops. Anyone who has ever traveled to Mexico knows the warnings --- you don't drink the water, you don't eat any uncooked food --- it's common knowledge and there is no reason the importers of this food wouldn't know the risks.

Are you implying that you’d rather eat food that had raw human feces on it than something that was chemically fertilized?

The problem with eating poop from Mexico is that they have a lot of hepatitis A, pathogenic E. coli, salmonella, shigella, cholera and other diseases in that poop. If the human sewage used to fertilize doesn't contain a lot of diseases --- I guess it'd be safer to eat.

Questions have been raised if this was done deliberately such as in the 1980s in a community in Oregon (or was it Washington) case. I mean what is TB, Hepatitis,Dengue Fever, Malaria, Ebola, Flesh Eating Bacteria etc. when compared to the sight and smell of an elevator filled with the "Diverse Ones?"
