Prayer request: My child suddenly lost sight in one eye, may lose the other

Any stomach complaints? Abdominal pain? Intermittent diarrhea or weight loss? Pale skin? Dark circles around the eyes?

BTW - I was diagnosed with glaucoma about 4 years ago (however - I am 46) - they started me on the daily eyedrops immediately. Prior to that - I was told at my regular 6-month check-ups that I had slightly elevated pressures.

Again - I will remember all of you in prayer.

I will be happy to pray for your son. My husband has no central vision in one eye due to a hand ball accident, and if your son conditions remains static, I can assure you that he will be able to function just fine.

They can work miracles with lasers these days. My left eye was pretty much destroyed by a piece of flying wood off a table saw(Wear safety glasses). It took four months and three laser sessions, but they got the vision back to 20/20.

Prayers for your son. If they can stop the swelling before too much damage occurs, he has a great shot at getting his sight back.

Sarah, my heart goes out to you!! I know everything that happens to our babies (mine is 31 .. LOL) we experience tenfold.

We come to you humbly to ask that the sight of Sarah's son be restored; that he is healed completely.
