Where was the police, they are supposed to be patrolling, where were they," she screamed. Go back to Mexico, hire your own bodyguards. Why should American citizens have to hire protection for Mexican drug lords? Why should one American cop die protecting a drug lord or his family.

Yes --- everybody sees it. This is an example of the Mexican elite ruining things so badly in Mexico, coming over to the USA to seek refuge from revenge from their rival drug lords and being surprised when the violence follows them over to this side.

Probably. For some reason they believe they deserve free bodyguards on this side of the border. In Mexico they don't leave the house without the bodyguards.
