KDubRN, you might also be a good person to ask: which ribs, if fractured via CPR, are most likely to be fractured? And in the line of thought, do we know which "multiple bilateral ribs" were fractured on Terri?

A woman with osteoporosis can lose as much as 30% of her entire bone mass in a single year! Do the math.

His medical "expertise" and selective editing is very tiresome! Had he provided the accurate and complete statistic, he would've had to state:

A woman with osteoporosis can lose as much as 30% of her entire bone mass in a single year following menopause. That would have been accurate, but accuracy is clearly unimportant to him as long as his "Kill Terri" agenda is advanced.

I'll bet that bone scan was never supposed to find its way "out" of the records. There is just too much there to explain away. Of course, Judge Greer never tried to explain it; simply ignored it.

It was discovered last year, about this time, by accident. Felos was shuffling papers in court and handed Pat Anderson the bone scan results. Pat asked for time to investigate. Greer denied. Saying, while it may be interesting, it has no relevence on this case.

which ribs, if fractured via CPR, are most likely to be fractured? Lower ribs, if at all.

And in the line of thought, do we know which "multiple bilateral ribs" were fractured on Terri? NO I can try to find out, but may not be able to obtain that info

Where is the documentation that Terri in fact had osteoporosis at the time of her "collapse"?

Of course there isn't any.

The Troll posted: These are subtle bone fractures (subtle, as in a compression fracture of the femur?) that occur as a result of repetitive stress over time in which bone is unable to withstand the demands placed on it. For people with weak bones from osteoporosis, these fractures can occur from normal repetitive activities such as jogging. (Nevermind that MS himself is on record stating that Terri hated exercise and did none, let alone jogging)

Don't forget the troll also brought up that osteoporosis can occur in even young men who have been in the military and had to march (but has Terri served in the military? Uh, no.)

"This is something I would expect of a Democrat."

If it walks like a democRAT and talks like a democRAT and behaves like a democRAT, but it has an "R" after its name, it's just a RAT (or RINO if you prefer).

I read on another thread that the police did contact the Schindler's right after this happened. At that time MS was still playing the nice lovable son-in-law and they didn't believe it was anything but an accident.
The Schindler's took their retirement money and paid for Terri's rehab. The understanding was that MS would repay them if the lawsuit was won.
When the lawsuit was won and MS was in control of the money, he showed his true colors and they saw him for what he really was.

Now tell me how you know the following? "I happen to know a few of the judges involved, both on the circuit level and the appellate level"

The Troll is most likely a law clerk in the office of Felos & Felos. One with sufficient time and of insufficient importance that his master encourages him (perhaps even pays him) to troll.

Sometimes I post something in reply to a statement to the wrong person. I don't even remember why I posted what I did. Obviously, it was directed to the wrong person. Thank you for standing vigil. I am still amazed at how much support the Greer-Baird forces seem to have in Pinellas Co. I hope that we can save Terri, but there are powerful forces arrayed against her. As Michael R. Schiavo said, "this is bigger than Terri and me."

From someone on another list:

Per the woman....at Bernie McCabes office...she gave me the judges secretary number: 727-464-3933

Secretary for Judge Greer "Carol". The woman at McCabes office claims that Bernie McCabe cannot open any investigation without the direction of the Sheriffs Department regarding Michael Schiavo's abuse of the violations. She said that the only person of authority to refer an investigation (other than the Sheriffs office) is Judge Greer's office. (Fat chance on that!)

Let me know what the office tells you when you call. (See below)

My latest:

Terri Schindler Schiavo is being denied necessary rehabilitation (in particular but not limited to range of motion therapy which has been denied her for approximately 10 years) because Michael Schiavo has knowingly acted to refuse same.

"The right to receive necessary services and rehabilitation is a retained right. Section 744.3215(1)(i), Florida Statutes (2003).

What are they doing or are going to do about this? Michael Schiavo is breaking the law.

Terri is being denied the right to be restored to capacity at the earliest possible time in contravention to:

Section 744.3215(1)(c), Florida Statutes (2003).

and has been for approximately 10 years because Michael Schiavo has knowingly acted to prevent same.

What are they doing or are going to do about this? Michael Schiavo is breaking the law.

Terri is currently being neglected and has been for the past 10 years. Michael Schiavo as guardian of Terri has been the cause of this neglect. Michael Schiavo is breaking the law and is guilty of committing felonies under:

Section 825.102 (3)(a) under the meanings of said Section 825.102 (3)(a) Items 2b and/or 2c. and therefore is a felony crime and punishable pursuant to statutes 775.082, 775.083, 775.084.

When most of us first heard of George W. Greer, we assumed that he was a Democrat because he blasted Jeb Bush for the original letter to the judge pleading for Terri's life. Greer said he had put the governor's letter "in the file." It was a stinging insult. Then after many weeks, we found that Greer was elected as a Republican to the Pinellas Co. commission in 1984 and 1988. He became a judge in 1992 or 1993.

Now, we learn that Baird is also Republican and highly regarded in Pinellas Co. I am assuming too that Demers is Republican. So is the sheriff, Everett Rice. And Attorney General Charles Crist, a Republican, is close to George W. Greer. Apparently, so is Bernie McCabe, whom we have called on to investigate.

Two Democrats who have spoken out for Greer's position are Janet Reno and Howard Dean.

This attack on Terri, however, is Republican-inspired!!!! Only Jeb is trying to save her, and all the powers that be are otherwise arrayed against the Schindlers.

A cop in the ER asked Bob Schindler at the time if he thought his SIL could have hurt Terri. He said he didn't think so.
Nothing documented in the medical records on suspected abuse ot reports thereof.

You can always raise the roof with them. Greer deletes all his emails.
