I was wondering if we went on some forums in the St. Petersburg area if it wouldn't enlighten the people about Terri and also open their eyes to their elected officials.
I noticed that some of the newspapers in that area do have forums.

And where is the best place to apply the pressure to get the guardianship changed??
I haven't a clue. Maybe starting recall petitions against all three of these judges. Pressuring the legislature to impeach them.

Was there ever a decision made on what we were going to do for Terris birthday? I believe there was concern over whether MS the scrooge, would allow a wheel chair to be used. It would be a waste of our money to " give MS a wheelchair" , although granted he may NEED one, if in fact he won't let Terri use it.!!!
Cards and gifts are being sent right now. Where to best send them and get them TO Terri is the big question.!! Anyone know? I am almost afraid to send anything directly to the Hospice as that again would put MS in control. You can be ASSURED HE is not going to give Terri anything!!!!! NADA, NOTHING!!!!!

I just sent this email to Mr. McCabe and did not mention the name "Greer."
Mr. McCabe: it's seem to me that there are multiple violations of Terri's rights. There are statutes that require she be given rehabilitation. She has had no rehab for 11 years now. Her husband has a financial conflict-of-interest in seeking her dehydration/starvation. It is only his word and the word of a brother and sister-in-law that Terri once said during a movie that she would not want to be kept alive artificially if she became disabled. She did not say that she wanted to be starved and dehydrated. Schiavo has used hundreds of thousands of dollars from her rehab fund in the attempt to kill here.
I believe that this case cries out for an immediate grand jury into attempted wrongful death.

Yeah, I've been following about the wc but earlier we had discussed a billboard or u-haul or banner and someone locally was checking into it but I don't remember who.

I agree with this idea, It's a great one.
The Oprah 8 minute @ interview with the Schindlers and showing video of Sister Terri was great, millions of people
saw this for the first time, and now are realizing . "She's
not in a Coma"....need more PR, the more the better...
Where's the POPE & the Vatican , it's time !!!

To: Theodore R.
I just found out that the email address of McCabe is not working. My message never got to him. I sent it a second time, and we shall see if it went through.

Panic time. My computer died this morning. Something like a loose wire, or maybe the humidity (the poor thing has never seen it rain before). I'm working from a laptop for the moment, but the dial-up connection gets a Felos every couple of minutes. I'm afraid I won't be much use to the discussion for awhile.
But... I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for all y'all.

After my phone call today to the Court Representative I feel that the only real chance Terri has is with the Advocacy Group.
That was my thought when I first read that article. It sounds like they have a lot of authority, and they are completely out of the loop of the Florida kangaroo court system, and the collusion of the Florida agencies that are SUPPOSED to be protecting Terri. I sincerely hope they don't let Terri (and us) down.

"Panic time. My computer died this morning." I know. what you mean. Budge and maxplunder are my next door neighbors and we are all on the same network. If the modem or the server goes down, we are a pathetic bunch, standing around staring at a blank computer screen. Was there life before the internet and FR?

The people of St Pete/Tampa are well aware of this contentious issue. The word needs to be sent around the world. Some of the media are very biased in their coverage.

I hope you are right. My concern is that they will rely too much on court records. I wouldn't think that they would really want to get into a fight with the judical system and only want to make sure that Terri hasn't been abused or neglected and her rights aren't being violated. However, they can't be too happy with the judge that refused a two week stay for them to investigate before pulling the tube, either. We will see but I think there needs to be a plan B :')

There is something about Judge Greer that jsut does not add up. Judicial Watch said that he is the only Judge in America to rule in favor of death when a family had not been united in the decision.
Judicial Watch is wrong. Read about
Hugh Finn.
There have been others as well. But the Hugh Finn case is so strikingly similar to Terri's, I urge you all to read about it at the link above.
