They appear to have him on tape threatening to assassinate Presidents Bush and Clinton (paragraphs 12 and 13 in the affidavit). He was going to do so in the name of the Army of God, along with the bombings of abortion clinics, "apostate" churches and gay bars. He sounds like he was very serious in achieving his goals, to the point of assembing materials, as well a gun (9 mm, I do believe) with a silencer. He may be a fruit loop, but he was one serious fruit loop.
