You do realize that you are posting to a string that is nearly five years old, don’t you?

Doesn’t matter. It is still relevant today.

Kind of interesting, given that Ludacris has become of Obama’s major backers.

… I was raised in an upper middle class city. I had friends growing up who were of all ethnicities. It was never an issue to be Indian, Asian, African American or Caucasian. Our parents all worked together, we all played together. After several years of public school I transferred to a private boarding school near Boston, MA. There I encountered a very diverse demographic and it solidified my understanding that all races were equal. Upon exceptional completion of my high school career, I was accepted to the United States Naval Academy, a school where race doesn’t matter. The Naval Academy was a place where all Americans fought for a common cause. After deciding the Navy was not the career for me, I opted to transfer to Cornell. As an avid and highly recruited division 1 athlete, I was ecstatic to enter a new rowing program. Unfortunately, my first semester at school I had to undergo an extensive ankle reconstruction. However, after countless hours of rehabilitation I was cleared to start rowing again. My season was going well. My classes were the best I had had in my collegiate career. Feeling comfortable with my team, I decided to attend an on campus concert with my teammates. I went to the concert and quickly made my way to the front of the crowd to hear the famous Ludacris perform.
