The article states: "MS has FATHERED TWO (2) Children" We know MS's second child with Jodie Centonze was born on or around Oct 31st, 2003"

Good catch! There has been some discussion on the third (1st?) child, but so far no one has been able to pin it down. Excellent observation! Now what do we do with it?

Well, so far, I've only come across the second child's name and dob (date of birth).....that was in 2002. I didn't post it here and don't remember where I found it at the moment....I'll try to find it.

FYI, while looking for girlfriend/baby info, I found this (but you probably already saw this, too, lol):

June 8, 2001 – Michael Schiavo was issued a deposition subpoena. On two separate occasions the subpoena servers could not locate Schiavo. He and his fiancée had vacated their residence, their whereabouts were unknown.

June 14, 2001 – At the 11th hour, Schiavo’s attorney gave notice Schiavo would not be available for his scheduled deposition.

For the services of a financial planner, I believe. Thus I assume he put some of Terri's money into stocks, mutual funds, investments. (Which is legal BTW)

HOWEVER if he or Jodi "invested" Terri's money in businesses which he or Jodi OWN, that would mean he still has a substantial financial motive in bringing about Terri's demise.

So, in the 10 years between 6/93 and 6/2001, when the trust fund COULD have almost tripled in value SIMPLY BY BEING INVESTED IN THE STOCK MARKET, MS spent over 400,000.00 on banks and lawyer fees (and all but 24,000.00 since '98!) and NONE on therapy.

OK.

Now, what happened in '98 that caused Felos and Bushnell (same law firm) to earn 400,000.00 in the three years between 1998 and 2001?

So, we'd should see some indication of "growth" (and not only fees!) ....

Until the stock losses AFTER the period in question, IF (and it's a big if) IF the fund was handled even half-properly, it would now be worth several times what it originally had.

Minus legitimate fees, of course.

So he charged the fund (roughly) 35,000.00 between 93 amd '98, and 380,000.00 between '98 and '01.
