The facts are his nominees are not making it through the confirmation process, (this is a leadership issue, Bill Clinton even out of Office is running roughshod on us, I am Pissed, Trent Lott would be GONE in my administration, Trent Lott would be found in Fort Marcy Park in Clintons Administration, in Clintons Whitehouse if the Estrada nomination had happened and he wanted him to be confirmed, I Guarantee that every single Senator/ Congressman/woman would be on every talking head ABC/CBS/NBC/CNN/FOX non-stop UNTIL THERE WAS NO OTHER NEWS, (you don’t need to own them, if there is a mantra, and that is Leadership)

I was a stupid Liberal until the Clarence Thomas confirmation, it was that process of getting him confirmed that woke me up.

It is the leadership that President Bush is "Capable of" as demonstrated by being Governor of the State of Texas and the things he did while he was my Governor, that lead me to believe that he is falling short of expectations. He has the will of the people, bring Spineless Trent Lott with us, Dammit.

I don’t want to "get along" with these Clowns, I want to Confirm these Judges and move on.

I want to spend the political Capital that I think we have.

Once the Judges are in place we need to DE-VALUE them, by that I mean either ensure that they do nothing but interpret the Constitution, or make them subject to 6 year terms or if the trend continues that they seem to think that they can MAKE law then they MUST be ELECTED and still serve a limited time.

If we don’t do something soon, the President, the Congress, the Senate and your Vote are all meaningless because a Judge that is there for LIFE doesn’t care about our Constitution, your Vote or who the hell we have as elected officials.

I say again, we are on the same side. Where I say "Trent Lott" insert yor favorite spineless wimp. Trent Lott is just my favorite PUNK. "And I sure hope he reads this - (you know you can buy fake balls Senator) auuugghhh
